The journey from powder ingredients
to power ingredients
Drytech was founded.
Started producing spray-dried Gum Arabic and founded our specialized ingredients business.
First batch of products exported to a pharmaceutical customer.
Developed a native microencapsulation technology for spray-drying flavors, ingredients, and vitamins.
Expanded the portfolio with fruit and vegetable powders.
Entered clinical nutrition, making complete formulations for critically ill patients for MNCs.
Rolled out a fresh range of seasoning ingredients for snacks and RTE segments.
Commissioned a fully-automated fruit-and-vegetable juice plant for captive use.
Established our new state-of-the-art Quality Assurance and Microbiological lab.
Ventured into the manufacturing of herbaceutical products.
Became India’s first indigenous maker of 100% pure tomato powder, a domestic processing milestone.
Successfully onboarded major customers in the infant nutrition segment.
Developed spray-dried fat powders with fat loading of up to 85%.
Initiated research on beverage whiteners.
Installed multi-stage spray dryers for higher production capacity.
Started Factory Unit 2, significantly expanding production capacity.
Launched India's first cold water soluble non-dairy creamers and scaled the production to 20,000 MT.
Commissioned multiple spray dryers, expanding throughput to 60,000 MT as a spray drying specialist.
Achieved a turnover milestone of ₹500 crores.
Introduced fat-filled powders and increased output to 80,000 MT , boosting exports.
Operational throughput expansion to 100,000 MT.
Developed next-gen delivery systems: liposomal products and microencapsulated acids.
Doubled our turnover in 3 years to ₹1000 crores.
